At standard replacement of oil or lubricants used in the unit, it is not necessary to add RRC. We recommend to perform repeated processes with the use of "RRC" only after the end of the warranty period. As a rule, the warranty period for the safety of the formed protective layers of the MCPL is 2-3 times longer than the service life of most oils and/or lubricants used. Examples of MER warranty dates - technology:
- Engines of passenger cars with domestic oils - at least 50 thousand km;
- Engines of passenger cars with imported oils - at least 80 thousand km.
- Engines of passenger cars with domestic oils - at least 50 thousand km;
- Engines of passenger cars with imported oils - at least 80 thousand km.
When applied to new or excellent units, RRC - technology allows to significantly extend their service life in parameters of certificate values. In addition, practice has shown that such aggregates begin to operate with better economic indicators for consumption of energy (fuel), oils, etc.
Certainly, the RRC will help in emergency operation conditions of the mechanism because the wear resistance of the formed ceramic metal surfaces is significantly higher than that of the vast majority of structural steels and alloys.
Examples of such wear resistance are multiple recorded cases of operation of units treated according to RRC-technology, after complete loss of oil (lubrication) in internal combustion engines, reduction gears, bearings, etc.
Example:
The RRC, when it broke a crankcase about a stone in the woods, lost all the oil. After that, the car with three passengers and country equipment, its own move reached the house, which amounted to about 140 km! The next day the car was delivered by its own stroke to the workshop, which is about 10 km around the city (St. Petersburg).
There have been many such examples during our work.

After application of the composition, the interaction of the surfaces under the influence of the pressing forces is faster and the contact becomes more dense. At the same time wear of ceramic and friction elements is reduced. Besides, no one cancelled bearings, oil pumps, gear gears. As a result of RRC application oil pump capacity is restored and thus operation of actuating hydraulic mechanisms is restored, compression force is restored, factors affecting slip are reduced.
